Shipping
How is shipping calculated?
We offer free domestic (Hong Kong) shipping for artworks under HK$10,000.
Artworks are packed and shipped via SF Express (domestic) or UPS (international), both offer tracking services. Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address and an artwork's dimensions and weight.
Please note: When purchasing from a country different from your own, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees charged by your local customs authority. These costs are not included in the artwork price or shipping fee and may be payable by you upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently cover these countries and regions:

When will my artwork arrive?
We usually ship in approximately 1-2 weeks if no framing needs to be done. After your order is confirmed, we will be in touch to confirm a timeline for delivery.
Framing
Is framing included?
If specified in the description and product image, price includes framing.
Can you help me to frame the piece?
Yes, for framing options (what kind of plexiglas / framing style / frame to edge or with spacer etc...) please email info@the-picturesque.com and we will coordinate with you.
Payment
Can I pay by FPS or bank transfer?
Yes, our FPS ID is 164194169, once you've paid please email the payment slip / screenshot to info@the-picturesque.com. And if you like to pay by bank transfer, please contact info@the-picturesque.com for account details.
Returns
What is the return policy?
All sales are final.
What should I do if my artwork hasn’t arrived or is damaged?
While such problems are uncommon, we’re here to help if your artwork is lost or arrives in poor condition. If the package shows signs of damage when you receive it, please take photos of both the exterior of the box and the artwork inside, along with any visible damage. Send these images to info@the-picturesque.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We need these photos to file claims with the shipping company. If you need to return the item, please keep the original packaging. Requests made after 5 days or without the necessary photos may not qualify for a refund.
